Home School Link Book

 

At the Willows we believe in active engagement between home and school. We provide every student with a home school link book which has been designed to promote the relationship between school and parents, with a view to supporting children’s learning, achievement and behavioural outcomes.

 

We value good communication with parents as we realise that working in partnership  benefits the child’s progress and development both behaviourally and academically.

 

Each child has a home school link book where notes and messages can be written between home and school. Parents are able to have an active role in communicating with class teachers about the behaviours and strategies they are using at home which can then be replicated and embedded at school or vice versa.
